Yaoi Crossroads Updates

back

07/01/2003 -  Finally got around to fixing all the gallery links, though there are still problems with picture captions that need to be addressed, but at least the broken links lead somewhere again.  I really hate the gallery program installed on our server, but I'm going to live with it for now, because I don't want to have to change everything around again.

02/26/2003 -  Yep!  All the gallery links are down, I know.  My husband upgraded the server, and the gallery software is incompatible with the new upgrades.  We have new gallery software and I'm working on getting all the files changed over to it when I can.  Sorry about that!  Oh, and the old LD5.hn.org domain name no longer works.  DIno deleted it when he did the upgrades.

01/07/2003 -  A new year!  And I resolve to keep my webpages up better.  Whether that actually happens or not is another issue.  However, I did work on the top page navigation and am much happier with the drop-down menu than I was with the clunky graphic.  So enjoy the new streamlined navigation!  Woo hoo.  Now I just gotta get busy on the links page.

12/12/2002 -  Ugh.  Well, Dino went ahead and made the domain name change, so the Crossroads can now officially be found at www.lavadomefive.com/jenn/anime/yaoi.htm  The old site URL will still work, but the new name is where all the updates will be.  This doesn't make me very happy, because I am sick to death of Dino changing the domains whenever the whim hits him.  But I really have little control over that.

In other site news, I'm unhappy with the navigation on the top page, and I'm fixing to change it.

12/03/2002 - Well, I'm finally making progress on getting the top page of the Crossroads looking a little more presentable.  I've been playing around with things tonight like guestbooks and other nonsense.  Haven't been happy with any of the results, so I don't think I'll be adding a guestbook any time soon.  Next page I need to work on is "Parts Unknown" or the links page.  It's woefully incomplete and out of date.  I'll get cracking on it ASAP!

12/02/2002 - Beware!  Another stupid domain name may be coming!  *sigh*  Fixed a linking problem in the Digimon doujinshi scan galleries.  Everything should be dandy now!

11/30/2002 - The general yaoi galleries are now done!  Oy.... I'm going t'bed.....  x_x

11/30/2002 - The Digimon pages are now revamped and reopened!  All shiny and sparkly new, except that the Links link is not yet functioning, since I haven't sorted through all my digi-links yet.  But the galleries are all up.  Next up is revisions to the Crossroads main pages and reworking the general yaoi galleries.

11/06/2002 - I've finished up the last few details on the Ranma pages and they are open once again!  Whoo hoo!  I'm really happy with the archiving software, even though it means having to open new pages to view galleries.  Revisions on the Digimon pages start in the morning (it's currently 2:30 AM), so that link has been taken down.

10/29/2002 - I've been working hard on the Ranma pages and they are almost ready to open back up with all new layout and graphics, and updates in the fan fiction and fan art sections.  Today I am in the process of setting up an all new Ranma doujinshi page!  Utilizing our new graphics archiving software has made this easy and I think it'll be a nice interface for visitors.  I'll be making minor changes to the Digimon pages next, and then tackling the main hub, which is sorely in need of a face-lift!

10/20/2002 - Oy!  The site is in need of major overhaul, so that's what's happening!  The Ranma pages will be down this weekend while I tinker.  And since I am also re-organizing my folders and such, picture links and other bits might be blinking off and on as I move things around.  Sorry about that!

09/12/2001 - Due to the unbelievably terrible and tragic events in New York and Washington DC yesterday, I decided to removed the Sailor Moon story Shards of Darkness from the Kunzite/Zoisite page.  Even though I hadn't posted a new chapter in quite some time, I have been working on it, and the direction of the violence in the plot was uncomfortably close to the horrific attacks which occurred.  I did not think that it was appropriate to leave the story up, nor do I think that I will be continuing it.
